I get uti's and sometimes it hurts in that
pelvic area, sometimes up the uretheters
leading to kidneys, but most of the time
in the kidneys. I do have painful
urination, usually right at the end of
peeing and after.

I have heard drinking lots of cranberry
juice will help the infection. Say off
cokes, and other sodas. Stick to the
cranberry juice and water.... See what
happens. Hope you feel better.
