I suffered for three years with stomach problems. Of course, there was nothing wrong with me! A couple of months ago, I had a scope and they found a hiatal hernia. Fine, frustrating, but fine. I took the meds but they didn't work and I was getting really desperate and sick! I turned to an alternative approach. I went vegetarian. It's really helped! I also did a bowel cleanse. ("the master cleanse.") I take chlorophyll everyday for the pressure on my diaphram. Talk to your doc about that first! Do research on alkaline/acidic foods and food combining. Diet really helps! Lemons are great acid reducers! So are melons. The hernia can also be manipulated by a chiropractor. I would reccomend reading two books. "alkalize or die." and "hiatal hernia syndrome, incidious link to major illness." both are by theodore baroody.
I wish you well.
