A yeast infection is an infection that just about every female get. I is caused by many different things because the vagina is a very sensitive part on a females body(men can get it to). When some women have a yeast it itch, smell, and you develope a very thick and creamy discharge, but not all women get the same problems, some women have no signs of it. If you do happen to get one just go to the doctor so that he can prescribe something for you to make it go away.

You can also get a yeast infection from taking certain medications, such as antibiotics. I am fortunate that I have never had one in the past, I don't want to curse myself by saying that though, since right now I am taking antibiotics for a sinus infection :o I have heard that if you eat yogurt when you think you are getting one, it will help clear it up and keep it from getting worse. It has something to do with the cultures found in the yogurt.
