After a month off the shot I had discharge too so I went to the store got some monistat 7 day treatment and used it for the full 7 days and it cleared up right away, don't get the 3 or 5 day treatment my doctor said it doesn't work as well. I heard douching is not good for you. It only pushes bacteria and stuff back up into ya. It is best to soak in warm water.. Hope this helps! Good luck
