Q: Black, Hollow Circle Under the Skin of Penis. Parasitic?

I'm 21 years old, sexual active with one person who i'm in a relationship with, and have had one previous sexual partner (a virgin)--so I highly doubt it's an std. It's a small black hollow circle underneath the skin (like the letter 'o'. , and a tiny opening, like the opening to a splinter. I just noticed it today and I put rubbing alcohol on it.
