Anxiety does cause these very real psysical symptoms. I suggest you try mediation, deep breathing and yoga, to get your immune system built up. Also make sure that 70 % of your diet is water based, that you are eating healthily. Get out go for a walk, do some excercise. It is the best cure for anxiety. Read a book, do your cleaning. Don't dwell on it, do something to distract yourself from the feelings. Don't analyse it , it only makes things worse. Go to the doctor, ask to see a councellor, to get to the bottom of why you feel the anxiety, if it's so bad, also ask for some meds to releive the symptoms abit.

Learn to say no to people to give more time for you, spend time loving and caring for yourself, appreciate yourself. Do something nice to make you feel better, like take a friend out for a meal, volunteer at the hospital, when you see all the problems people are having, your anxiety will subside, as you realise that this is a problem, but it's not life threatening, as some of the patients that you will see. Be grateful for your life each morning, give thanks, this will help you mentally take it easier in the day, and help your psychology, which will help your body over time.
