Q: Anxiety Disorder Which Effects My Throat & Lungs

:cry: hi, let me introduce myself as an anxiety volcano. I have anxiety from long time ago and recently, I mean about a years ago it has already turned to a feeling that something is in my throat and sometime down my throat and on my lungs. I have a very bad and awful pressure on both of them and first I thought that something was wrong with my thyroid but now i'm pretty sure that it's just anxiety that attachs me in different ways. I had different experience with anxiety disorders from at least 5 years ago and no i'm hear and I don't know what to do. I almost cry every afternoon after I finish my job and at home because I don't know what to do. Please somebody help me with this bloody disorderness and let me know what I need to do to get rid of it. Please do tell me what to do.

Your Absolutely Right..
Anxiety does cause these very real psysical symptoms. I suggest you try mediation, deep breathing and yoga, to get your immune system built up. Also make sure that 70 % of your diet is water based, that you are eating healthily. Get out go for a walk, do some excercise. It is the best cure for anxiety. Read a book, do your cleaning. Don't dwell on it, do something to distract yourself from the feelings. Don't analyse it , it only makes things worse. Go to the doctor, ask to see a councellor, to get to the bottom of why you feel the anxiety, if it's so bad, also ask for some meds to releive the symptoms abit.

Good luck and pm me if you have any questions. Also don't work your self up or get stressed, this is really bad for anxiety sufferers. Learn to say no to people to give more time for you, spend time loving and caring for yourself, appreciate yourself. Do something nice to make you feel better, like take a friend out for a meal, volunteer at the hospital, when you see all the problems people are having, your anxiety will subside, as you realise that this is a problem, but it's not life threatening, as some of the patients that you will see. Be grateful for your life each morning, give thanks, this will help you mentally take it easier in the day, and help your psychology, which will help your body over time.

Thanks god somebody helped me, thank you very much by believe me I tried all these and I hope everything is going to be fine and everyday I thanks god for the life he gave me and sometime you know I need to complaine about my destiny but it's useless. I love god and I respect him and I beg him to return me back me health to be able to grown up me little girl and be kind to her. I've doctor appointment on 23rd or august and actually i'm suppose to go to a nurologist to see what I needed to take as medication to reduce my anxiety attacts. And i've another question, how are you doing now??? I'm looking forward to hearing from you by return & I remain.

Seems like your doing everything in your best interest...With time it should pass. I take 10 mg of lexapro, which helps the ongoing anxiety feeling, but not attacks or my agoraphobia. I am changing my behaviour patterns, and the way I think to make it harder for anxiety to take hold of me and control me. It's hard, but i'm doing better, good day's and bad. My bf has bad anxiety too, which i'm helping him with. It's a case of doing things, keeping busy so you can't think about it so much...

Dont make the same mistake as me and search for answers on a search engine.Thats the worst thing you can do.Im addicted to searching my symptoms and if I believed it all id have every disease going.Anyway keep your chin up and dont let the anxiety beat you.All the best.

James,you are so right about searching,its a bad thing to do,i think that once you have found what you are looking for come away,i have been on the search engines a lot these past few weeks and I have read so much into "my illnesses" it not done me any good at all,but I am gratefull to those that have given me good advice,when im feeling better I will return,but for now thats it for me,i need to sort myself out,so adios.Pip2000

you guys are so right, i'm not gona search more than this and I will go to the doctor and i'll let him to tell me what to do and i'm pretty sure that there should be a solution for something like this and you know in the world everything has a solution and I hope we will find it in the near future. I'll definitly stop searching and going through the computer web sites and i'd like to know what will happen finally.
