I usually walk approx 5klms a day in the mornings as I find it my best time. I do different shifts & at times unable to do my walks in the morning because of time. Can I substitute time on an exercise bike instead of walking? Is walking better for me than doing a stint on an exercise bike?
They are both great excercises. Walking is a very healthy excercise. However, they both have different benefits. It wouldn't hurt to alternate, or do both.
