I have pain in my left testicle that sometimes radiates to the right one. Its something called epididymus or something like that. Its harmless but has been going on/off for 7 years for me. I go to the doctor to get a check up atleast once every 6 months anyway just to make sure but he always says the same thing.
Get it checked if you are worried, its always so good to hear the all clear from the doctor!
