Hi lisabeth. You haven't said whether you are in therapy or not, or if you're trying to master this on your own. Personally speaking, I don't believe that I would not be where I am today if it had not been for my therapist. He is not the first therapist I have gone to, but he is the one i've achieved the most with. I believe that for therapy to be successful, you have to be able to trust and feel comfortable with them. I never fully trusted my previous therapist, and even though I respect what she did, she was not the therapist for me.
