I recently had a stroke and am having a hard time finding foods to eat that copliment each other. If I eat something for my cholestorol my pressure and or sugar goes up. How do I main a heathly diet for all three?

Extremely eHealthy

Me too heart attack, cad, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabeties. It is very hard to find balance. If they make sugar free it has fat in it. If they make fat free it has sugar in it. And salt free hardly ever exists except in the new canned vegetables. It is a nitemare. Try to make my own meals myself, and try to do the best I can on all levels.
