I,m new to this chat but I have a question. I think i,m about five weeks pregnant and want to know if I can ride rollercoasters?Please reply

I can't see why not, I wouldn't go on any when you get like 8 months pregnant or anything, or the ones that really jerk you all over the place.

I wouldnt think there would be a problem. I dont know not a Dr. Ask the attendant if it is okay for you.

On the other hand, it might make you feel really dizzy and your equilibrium will crash. That is how I was with swings. It would make me feel so sick. And I loved to swing, except while pregnant

The best thing to do is call your doctor and see what he/she recommends. I personally wouldn't do it in the 1st trimester but that's just me.

All of the signs before you go on those rides say no pregnant women, I dont think you should go on any, but ask your doctor.

that is exactly what I was going to say! The signs that tell you that you have to be a certain height, do say if you are pregnant not to ride. I wouldn't do it, probably wouldn't make you feel very good anyway!

You know what its been a long time since I been to carnival, or anything like that---but I do seem to remember "not while pregnant" signs also.
