I have this muscle that feels like its popping out when ever I cough that is like an inch or so above my belly button, im wondering what it is and will it just go away if I stop any strain on it such as coughing? I have figured a method I use frequently if not every time I cough and that is to apply hard pressure with either my hand or my wrist onto the muscle that keeps popping out and it stops it from popping out most of the time, is it bad for me to hold it back? :?
