Though it may not be the most ideal time
to ask, but my curiosity propels me to do
the same. The modern advancement in
science and technology can foresee may
hazards ranging from a storm warning, an
earthquake or the modern tsunami, to the
treatment and research work of combating
methods of varied diseases, so why was the
medical world not prepared to deal with
the h5n1 virus, then the dearth of
medications which is now being announced
would have never raised?
