Cod Liver Oil? Posted: 08-08-05 20:18pm


I've been taking a cod liver oil supplement daily for about two weeks now. I've heard fatty acid is good when trying to concieve, and these cod liver oil supplements are loaded with fatty acids! Could this actually help out???

As I understand it, you should only be taking folic acid and iron (rda). Cod liver oil has extra vitamin a and may cause problems. I would have a chat with your doctor and see whether you should discontinue taking this. Hope this helps! Xx
