Q: Super Bad Sunburn

Anyone have any good home remedies for a sunburn other than vinegar and aloe vera?.. I was in the sun for 4 hours today with spf 45 on and I burnt to a crisp. It was super hot out and wanted to get a tan instead of looking like casper the ghost.

I know my grandmother used yoghurt for such things. But I would't advise you to use anything, except for an "after cream" which will calm your skin burning and let it heal for itself-your skin may cure faster if you don't put different things on it.

Also, I would like to ask you how did you get sunburn in only four hours with spf 45?
