God, if the bible is to be believed, is the original mass mu/rderer. The bible specifically lists over 300,000 deaths at the hands of god, and that's not counting all the cities it supposedly destroyed and the flooding of the world

take the story of sodom for example. God tells lot that it'll spare the city if it can find 10 innocent lives. Apparently there weren't ten children, infants, or fetuses. God is the almighty abortionist. I immediately disregard any and all pro-life arguments based off christian teachings.

Maybe me being a christian is the reason I don't understand why someone whose not can't understand that god destroyed the people against him. We all do things wrong and for the wrong things we do we will be punished, either here or eternity or both. I don't think it was out of line at all. But someone asked god to spare a city for just 10 people who followed him. Why wouldn't god destroy a city completely filled with evil? He didnt' destory that one city because of 10 people. But when those 10 people didn't exist, why on earth would he keep something completely evil and so openly against him? He works differently in our lives now (new testament) than he did back then (in the old) but he as our creator had every right to destroy those not following him. He's a jealous god and wants all his creation to love him, but he doesnt' want walking robots, he wants us to choose that. Those cities chose differently.
But that's a christian's perspective since there wasn't one that said this before. I won't preach, either you accept it or you don't. But don't diminish someone's beliefs just because you don't accept them.

And as if all the mindless slaughter weren't enough at one point god states that if a woman is raped she should be stoned to death if she doesn't scream loud enough. (deuteronomy 22: 23-24) it's even okay to rape women in times of war. (deuteronomy 21:11)

don't mean to sound harsh, but i'd sooner have my children play grandtheft auto and watch the sopranos than read the bible. Never in my life have a read a book filled with more gratuitous sex and violence.

God is the source of all life and evil results in a loss of god or a loss of life, seperation from god = death, this is what the god is teaching us through the bible and sauls actions.

Hence the evil of abortion results in a tragic loss of life!

If that is the case god must have murdered ever single human being from the begining of time, its a foolish thing to say. God is the creator of life, the source of life, it is through our seperation and our refusal to love god, life and each other aka evil that manifests death.

if you dont believe in god why do you call him a mur/derer surely if you believe god is non existant then he can not be a mur/derer and if you have not met god you can know nothing about him, if you nothing about him how can you understand him, and if you cant understand him how can you pass judgement on him by calling him a mur/derer since you do not know because you do not understand because you have not met god if you had you would believe.
