I wonder if someone can help me, I think
that I have some anxiety / stress
symptoms, although I don`t really know
what I am stressed about. It all started
about 18 months ago, I started getting a
buzzing sensation in my left foot, after a
few months I did some research on the
internet (which I now know is a really bad
thing to do) and thought that I had ms. I
went to the doctors who thought that there
was little chace but sent me for an mri
which came out negative. I have since had
many other stress symptoms such as muscle
twitching all over my body, which comes
and goes. I also have a strange feeling
in my throat, somethimes I feel that it is
hard to swallow, although I never have any
problems eaching food or drinking (i now
am worried this is someting more
serious!). I also have a stange feeling
in my body like there is a chemical
imbalance or something. I hope this makes
sense. Do you think that this could all
be stress related, as I do think about my
foot and throat alot of the time and I
still have the buzzing sensation. Hope
someone can help.

Hi there, it sounds very much like this
could be anxiety/stress related,as many of
the symptoms you have sound very much the
same as mine, and I have really bad
anxiety, but remember anxiety can not harm
you,but you can make it worse by keep
worring about it,i try to keep myself
occupied by doing something that requires
a lot of concentration,it does work and we
really shouldnt visit health sites,hope
this helps.

though :(

Hi there! A dr can give you medication
after medication after medication and so
on for anxiety and stress, the main thing
is to find that helping hand @ the end of
your arm, you can join a jym or work out
with friends, after you learn to work out
at the jym properly, you will be too tired
to even spell the words and you will
forget all about it and you will feel sooo
much better, even though I am not a dr, I
know it helps me aand with or without
meddical problems, take it slow
good luck!

Symptoms I get.
Sweating
feeling of over heating but no
temperature
feeling of complete weakness like I could
fall down
a feeling of being drugged or an imbalance
like you mentioned
completly gone in the head, suicidal
thoughts (this is the worst part)
i do twitch when falling asleep
my heart does not race (strange I think as
its supposed to be the other way)
my breathing slows to a stop (strange I
think as its supposed to be the other
way)
chest pains
pain in my right arm
dry mouth
tingling all over
i've thought about making a will just
incase.
And the strangest thing is when I feel
this coming on and I have not had a fully
blown one fo a couple of weeks so I can't
answer for that but if you manage to get
your mind of the thoughts you are having
they go away and you think how the hell
can o go from feeling that bad to ok but
it is hard to distract yourself. I find
that if I complain about it to my mum or
my wife and get angry a little at the fact
no doctor can seem to help me it goes.
Been pritty good for 5 days now and just
wondering when the next one will rear its
ugly head.

If you are having suicidal thoughts hun,
you need to find a good therapist. There
are also lines that you can call and they
will talk to you and they do help! But
please, if you feel like you are having
those thoughts at any time, get to the
emergency room and tell them the truth.
What you are experiencing is good old
fashioned panic attacks. They are hard
yes! Read some of the stories on here for
people like you and I that deal with them.
There is help out there! Don't give up
on yourself, just say to yourself I have
something that is very common and I can
get through this. Also, find a mentor or
someone you trust very much and just talk
with them. You will be surprised of how
helpful that alone is. And please don't
ever hesitate to talk on here, we all
understand and you are not alone!
