Q: Body Acne Localized

Just wondering if I had some freak problem. 23 years old, i'm pretty much done with acne.

However, I get it constantly only in certain spots.
Specifically, yhe side of my thigh (upper), and my butt. I just can't seem to get rid of it. My dr> thought it was infected folucles, but I still get it after antibiotics, which didn't really clear anything up
