This is a question of my girlfriends:

she is worried that if the short 1 hour long spotting wasn't caused from pregnancy (we hope, some1 else helped a lil in another post about that) than there could be something wrong. Her family has a history of ovarian sists and repoductive organ problems. She is nervous that something may be happening to her and she might have a sist or something.

Could some one help with this? What could cause this brief spotting that lasted 1 hour one night with a little cramps and never happened again nor did anything happen before.

Why did this happen? (note: it was like 30 minutes after fingering)

Extremely eHealthy

1. She could be pregnant

2. You could of fingered her a little too hard

if it's not either of those then she probably needs to go to the doctor, and i'm going to warn you now, she'll have a pelvic exam and if she's never had one before i'm telling you right now that it's never fun having a doctor and a nurse eyeing your crotch like it's some type of fly on sh*t

The spotting lasted like one hour, I read that in 1/4 of women spotting occurs before the first missed period and 1/2 of them the spotting is a miscarry, but the spotting they are talking about lasts 1 to 2 days, this lasted about an hour

She needs to go to the doctor. She might have a cyst and if so it needs to be fixed. And getting a pelvic exam aint that bad. I am 17 and was so scared to go when I got pregnant but it was really no big deal. Its a doctor and you notice that its not like your dad and mom ust starring at you or something.
