Q: Pulled Trapezius Muscle

I was recently involeved in a motorcycle accident escaping with only a broken clavicle that was 5 weeks ago. Recently I have been experiencing muscle pain on my left side of my neck and shoulder area closest to my neck. I read a article about a suggesting a mri and maybe a rotator cuff injury I was wondering if have the same problem. And how long will it take to recover from a pulled muscle its been 5 weeks since the injury. :(

i have a pulled trapizius

i was playing football and i was fine for about half an hour and then i was running with the ball and i had a sharp pain in my back and then it hurt to move my back. i have been resting it and have had pain killers and today after a good nights sleep it is a little better but it is still really sore and it hurts to sit down and stand up. and only hurts when putting my back in certain positions.

how long should i rest it before going back to work or college?
