Q: Aching Front Teeth With Swollen Gum

I've had toothache for 4 days. At first, my four lower front teeth felt unstable, and I felt the ache mostly in my chin, which hurt even more if I pressed it. But I had not problem eating back then. Now, only 2 left front teeth are uncomfortable now (unstable, can't bite any more), and I noticed today that the gum under them is swollen. As for the chin, only the left part hurts when pressed. By the way, I have had the chin pressing problem for quite a while, at least half a year.

I wonder if anyone of you are familiar with this problem? Do I really need to see a dentist? I don't have dental plans or insurance.
