Q: Please I Need Answers

For two yrs I have dealt with my cousin who is 28 and has been fighting ovarian cancer. They have recently told us that her cancer is spreading all over and unless she can get her body built back up she can no longer have any type of chemo. She hasn’t had any chemo in about 3 weeks now. Is that a bad thing? She is in the hospital as we speak now.
Her white blood count is at 0 and her platelets are also at 0. She has been put in the hospital two times in the last three weeks because of her platelets being 0. Can someone please tell me what that means? Does this look good for my cousin?
Last yr they said she would be lucky if she lived 4months then she started doing great and now the dr says her body will not respond to any type of chemo. I am so scared of losing my cousin. Please someone help me with some answers.
