I didn't see anything quite like my problem, and it is hard for me to get medical help, so I am looking here for hopeful help.

I get red patches on my face. The skin feels normal, is not flaky or peeling. They seem to appear randomly, and last anywhere from 1 day to a week. I have one that has been there for about a month.

They do not itch. No acne or bumps to mention. They are irregularly shaped, and I get them mostly on my cheeks, between the bottom of my eye to the top of my mouth. Although I do sometimes have some that form on either side of my mouth and are basically lines down to my chin.

I have been off medications and on, but have gotten them constantly for about the last 6 months (23 years old). I do get out in the sun at least a couple times a week. My diet and health are good, with no major complaints.

Except for these. I get really tired of the jokes, sometimes it looks like I got in a fight

Rosacea?
Might be Rosacea. You might try a detox or antifungal/antibacterial like Oil of Oregano by North American Herb and Spice Co. The related book is called "The Cure is in the Cupboard."
