Q: Pain In Mid Back

Well, 2 days ago, I was helping a friend lift some tires and I must have picked one up wrong, because suddenly, I felt pain in my back. It really hurt, even just trying to drive home was difficult.

So, here is a summary of the pain. It hurts to muve my torso left or right, and it hurts to bend my neck down(as if I were looking at my shoes, and the closer my chin get to touching my chest, it hurts more). Also, the only place I feel pain is in the middle back, just to the left of my spine. Does anyone know what this could be? Thanx in advance.

Well earlier today, the pain was all but gone, so I decided to workout. I was doing some squats, and now the same pain is back and it is much worse. I'm stupid, I know :(
