Q: Wanting to Gain Weight

I'm 22, 5'7", and weight a whole 94 pounds. I'm not happy. I've never been one to know what kind of foods to eat to help me gain weight and i've never been any more than 108 lbs. Any suggestions on foods that could help or how many times a day I should eat?

I have to honestly say that it's rediculous that there are so many 'ways to lose weight' yet anywhere I look there's next to nothing for people like myself who want to gain it. It's rather frustrating to say the least.

Hello
Protein shakes and bars work well- they are often used by wrestlers and stuff.

Try eating 5 small meals a day instead of three large meals and just eat what you want. However, make sure you eat your fruits and veggies and get carbs and protein too- not just junk food.

Exercising may make you more hungry and cause you to eat more- that might help.

Just stay healthy...That's the key. Eat healthy, exercise, snack, etc.

Take care...Bye.
