They're not gross. I think the ones with spermicidal lubricant smell kinda funky, though, and apparently they don't increase the effectiveness at all, so I wouldn't recommend them. Words of caution though--if your significant other is accustomed to not using them, he may really really hate them. My boyfriend can't usually orgasm when using once since they're kinda "restrictive."

I dont mind em if the girl is wet or theres some lube around.
