Regarding the savings, you can save between 20-80%.

An example: We went to the orthodontist for my daughter to get a quote for braces, my husband had a dental insurance plan through his work. With my husband's insurance it would cost us over $4800. If we went with the Ameriplan discount we saved over $800. I know of others that have saved over 50% on their orthodontics.

I recently took my son to the chiropractor and we saved 30% on the visit, and 50% on the X-rays.
