Tri-previfem is the generic brand birth control for othro-tricyclen.
I missed two white pills (first and second day). I know that when this happens you are supposed to take two pills that third day and then two pills on the fourth then continue normally. When I finally picked up my pack, I took the two pills but then out of habit took a third a few hours later not remembering that I was supposed to wait. Now how do I proceed? Do I just take one from now on for the rest of the month and how will this affect my body?

If I were you, I would just take one pill a day as usual for the rest of the pack, but that's probably because I wouldn't want to pay the $ for a new pack (as my insurance won't cover more than one pack a month). A Dr. Is more likely to suggest you take one pill a day until next sunday, then throw out the pack and start a new one. With respect to what you have done to your body, I doubt you've done anything too harmful. Of course, if you're vomitting or something, you might want to contact a health care provider about a possible overdose (but I find that highly unlikely). Regardless, you should definitely be using a back-up method for most of this month. Missing the pills at the beginning of the cycle is the most dangerous as it greatly increases the possibility of ovulation. I hope I helped somewhat :?
