My mom recently came down with trichomoniasis. She's had it about three times in the past five years. Apparently my dad, still infected?, is the cause.

They've been married 25 years. My mom has never had sex with anyone else, but my dad was very promicous before they got married.

Is it possible that he's had it for 28 years and never experienced symptoms, only giving it to my mom, or least she's only experienced symptoms, in the past five years?

It seems far fetched to me, but he swears he's been faithful.

Anyone know the answer???
