About a 1 1/2 months ago, my boyfriend and me were treated for chlamydia. Finished the treatment (7 days/ 14 pills dioxycycline) and soon after begin using the ortho evra patch for the first time (was on pill previously). We abstained from sex during treatment and used condoms for about 3 weeks after tretment. After having sex for the first time without protection, my vagina was very sore and irritated. Treated myself for a yeast infection, which seemed to alleviate some of the discomfort. Since then, I have had consistant vaginal dryness and some discomfort during sex, but no strange discharge or smell. Could I still have chlamydia, or could this simply be a side affect from the ortho evra (which I have read can cause vaginal discomfort)? I am so confused!
