To tell you the truth, at one time I did try some of the exercises mentioned on the website you found. And I did at one time do the pc exercises. The pc exercises do help but you have to be persistent and must make them a part of your routine.
While taking a warm shower yesterday though I realized something.
You are already under the warm water and the penis is already getting warm and stretched, so why not lather it up with some soap and do the milking exercises as part of the shower routine. I think rather than take special time out to do all the exercises , I am going to make the penis milking part of my routine and will do it at every shower time.
Hey another thing. I was at one time concerned whether I was big enough and long enough. I hit upon another forum where these crazy dudes were doing a size comparison. I found out that my size isnt bad at all. In fact, it was much better than 75 percent of the posters there. So at this point im not too concerned with my size, but I do want to last hours and hours!
