At the minimum, I would attend a support group. I attend an anad support group. This group is free and made up of people who have an association with an eating disorder.
You probably also should see your family doctor, especially if you have been restricting for a while. Your doctor can do tests to make sure you haven't messed up your blood chemistry too much and can tell you if you are underweight. He or she might also be able to set you up with a dietician so you can set up some meal plans that you can follow that will help you avoid losing more weight and gain weight, if necessary.
You may also want to see a counselor. Most eating disorders have underlying problems that need to be addressed. The counselor may also be able to help you with coping skills.
If you have a hard time getting your eating disorder under control doing those things, you might need inpatient or intense treatment. Unfortunately those programs tend to be expensive, but they tend to be the most effective treatment.
