Hand goes all tingly on me and then other parts of the body start to feel tingly... Legs, butt, arms...

I first noticed it several years ago during sex. I was doing alot of rubbing. Hand got all tingly.

Now if I play video games for awhile my fingers get all numb/tingly. If I rub my wifes back for to long my hand goes all numb/tingly.

I though it might have to do with a pinched nerve somewhere, lack of vitamins, I just don't know. It is quite annoying. It will always happen if I have sex.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Oh by the way I have been having alot of back muscle pain lately, due to a uncomfortable mattress (i think) don't know if it is at all related.

Not sure if this is valid or not, but the same thing happens to me in my right hand.. It goes all tingle and weak, like to the point that I can not even hold a pen or pencil, it happens to me when I get really excited, like if I laugh a lot. The doctors came up with a conclusion that I have a degenerated disk in my neck and it is deteriating so much that it is starting to expose a nerve which can cause it. Maybe you should go and get that checked out, can't hurt right??

Yeah I won't hurt to get checked out, but I just don't want the disappointment of going to the doctor, and they give me some lamo reason why it's happening, and nothing ever gets better.

The neck thing you described sounds scary. I hope I don't have something terribly wrong with me. If I do, I do. In like 1993 I had surgery on my left wrist due to a laceration from dish washing at work. I had surgery on my tendons, nerves and artery. I always wonder if their is some nerve damage causeing this.

numb tingly hands
I am 72 years old and have been incapacitated with numb tingly hands for several years as well as vision problems. A med tech suggested prenatal vitamins for my weak fingernails and when I started taking them, not only did my fingernails get stonger but the numbness and tingling disappeared and my vision problems disappeared. When I quit taking the vitamins, after a couple of weeks my hands go numb and tingly again. My family physician doesn't know which vitamin is doing the trick; he said just keep taking the prenatal vitamins with iron.
