I have hypoglycemia if i dont follow the diet for it could i become a diabetic

I was also hypoglycemic before I became insulin dependent diabetic in 1990. Yes, I feel you should try to follow this diet as much as possible. I didn't. I'm not totally sure it would definitely work but its worth a shot.
