I just finished my period (which lasted 6 days) about three days ago. I am still having sharp cramps in my lower back, sides, and lower torso. I've also had an upset stomach for a couple of days. In addition, the day after my period came my chest (not breasts) became really sore because everytime I would breathe, a sharp pain would go through it. It doesn't hurt anymore, but does anybody have any suggestions as to what may be causing this and what I can do to stop it???
