Any help would be appreciated. I do have a gyn appt. On thursday this week. I'll make sure they figure it out asap! This is not normal for me & it is beginning to worry me a little. I'm just curious to know, though, if anyone else has gone through this without the bleeding. Thanks! :d

anyone ever been on bc & it caused af (aunt flo) like cramping?? It feels as though i'm going to start my period, but this cramping has been going on since 7/10 (a little over 3 weeks). I just ended my period on saturday (started wednesday & cramping became actual af cramps that last most of the period which is also unusual). I've never had mid-cycle cramping ever, so i'm not sure why I would now. No bleeding whatsoever except during my period (lighter than normal). I've taken several preg tests, but all neg. So, i'm pretty darn sure i'm not pregnant, but I have no idea what else it could be.

I just switched my bc yesterday. This last period was end of pack # 3 of mircette. I've been on ovcon 35 before & I decided to go back to that, so yesterday I started the new ovcon pack. I didn't have an issues the first 2 packs of my bc except a weird period @ the end of the 2nd pack.

The cramping is pretty mild most of the time. Every once in awhile, i'll feel "throbbing" in the area & it becomes a little more painful, but nothing I need to take a pill for or anything. Some days I barely even feel it there, but it has been constant since the 10th.

Yea, bc can cause some cramping. Mine does, especially when I first started it and I had my first few periods. And you can get cramps from switching brands...But tell your doc when you go just in case there might be another problem, which I would doubt but you should be sure

Even Though, I've Been On This Particular Bc For 3 Months?
Ok. I can see the cramping, but for 2 1/2 weeks (before my period) & now after my period again? Also, I never had this issue before until my 3rd pack. Otherwise, my first 2 packs were normal (except last period on 2nd pack).

Well, the only suggestion I have is to go to the doctor...There may be another problem...You'll probly never know for sure till you go. Good luck.
