Do you shave? It could be razor burn or an ingrown hair.

I have gotten little things like you metion around my grown area it turned out that is was genital thought it was sists to but it was actually zits belive it or not. The doctor told me that the poisen or what ever it is called just went down my body a little on my chest a few on the top part of my legs and in the grown area. I also found out I still get this problem and I am 29 but I get it more when I eat certain things. I hope this helps even if it is a male point of you at least you know you are not the only one who gets this even if I am a male. Jamie
