Help...I sprained my ankle 2 months ago and it got better after ice and rest....Even to the point where I could resume running. But, for the last week or so, I have been having steady pain at the bone on top of my foot at the inside ankle. When I press around it, I go thru the roof in pain. I am taking aleves and icing it, but nothing is eliviating the pain..Anyhints ??
