Would it be dangerous to take lsd while on accutane?

Please no remarks about recreational drugs

Hell ya. Im on accutane the only thing I do is drink and the odd time smoke weed and that is a trip out and a half. Ive had friends where they have done acid on accutane and had saverely bad trip outs. The thing is while you are on accutane your body starts to react in funny ways im sure you know. You have probably taken it before. You start to sweat and all that crap, and while your body is on accutane it is saverely dry and your body isnt used to it causing a different type of high. And you could get saverely sick and end up in the hospital. You could also get very depressed while on both. End theory it is not a good thing to do!! Wait a month after you are done accutane and then you can go ahead and go back to your acid trip.

Accutane should have been taken off the market. I can't believe they are still selling this. The side effects are insane. The level of depression after you stop taking accutane is immense. It can last 10 years.

Once you start getting the consistently dry lips and your facial skin starts peeling fast, accutane begins to take effect. If you are on any other drugs thinking those cause depression. Better think again. Accutane may have been the lone cause.

If you have stopped taking accutane for awhile, and your face remains crystal clear. That means the drug is permanently in your blood stream. It also means, statistically you have joined a group (in the thousands) that are very suicidal prone. There are studies and statistics all over the web.

There is only 1 scientific study that proves the part of the brain "responsible for emotion" has been drastically decreased after using accutane.

Accutane should most definately not be taken off the market. You may or may not know how depressed you get when you have really bad acne. I would be willing to bet that there are more suicides because of kids having bad acne and their low self esteem rather than the amount of suicides caused by accutane. The time I went through with bad acne was so far the most depressing and unpleasant time of my life, who knows how bad my depression would have been without accutane.

Ya no kidding! Why should it be taken off the market. Its a good drug to clear acne. Im serious I used to just sit back and listen to ppl say how dumb accutane was and how serious the side effects were. I never said anything because I was never on it. Now that I am on. I am 2 months in so I no what I am talkiong about. Its a perfectly safe druge!! The odd person has savere depression while they are on it. But mainly because they were depressed before the drug and it made it worse. As for the dryness and other side effects its fine. My lips and throat have been a little bit dry big deal. What is the point in taking something off the market. It helps so much with accutane. They should deffinitely leave it on the market and leave it up to ppl to make up t heir own mind.

Youre right, my derm made me try maybe 6 different type of medicines before going on accutane. People should have to try other medications without bad side affects that might work rather than jumping into accutane. As for me, there isnt any depression and usually have chapped lips and a dry nose while on accutane.

No no no. The people who commit a suicide are not doing it while they are on the medication. There is a significant wait period after they stopped the treatment before suicide tendencies really kick in. If you took it for only 2 months, it might not do it.

You are just repeating what the fda saids that kids will probably kill themselves from acne depression before accutane depression. The death rate is in the thousands. Let's put into perspective, more people have died from accutane depression after treatment than soldiers in iraq!!!

This drug had a lawsuit, a suicide hotline, a suicide statistic category study straight from the health board themselves. These people are making a killing $$$$. Dermatologists are just bookworms repeating what previous doctors prescribed. They'd love to make more money from your copayments.

Stop washing your pillow cases with detergent chemicals. Start with a new pillow case and baking soda. Never put in a dryer. Simple as that.

How many suicides have there been because of someone's bad self image and low self esteem. Youre saying that that number is lower than the suicides caused by accutane?

Would 1 month be a good time to wait after I take accutane to take lsd, or should I wait longer?

No a month is good. Most of the bad caca will be out by then, dryness, achyness, sore eyes etc... Once that is gone you can go back to doing acid. But dont do a ton.

Just bring this up to your dermatologist/doctor. Bring up the fact that research has linked a brutally high suicide rate with accutane. Watch how careful your doctor will become in trying to answer you. They don't want to be sued.

In fact start off with a joke. Watch your doctor go from laughing to pokerface in 3 seconds.

I have stopped taking accutane and acne is back.

The depression you get from acne cannot be compared to what you get from taking the drug.

Well if you are maybe just dont do anything for a while. But accutane ususally clears out of the system by 2 months. Most of it anyways.
