Hi, i'm a newbie to the site, so imsorim sorryany unkowunknownakes I make in this!
But anyway, ive recently started the kellogg diet, and i'm getting really down as it doesnt seem to be working for me, as ive only lost 4lbs so far, but I wasnt sure, as i'm a 17yr old female, will your cylce affect the diet, as i'm due on later this week, so i'm not sure whether water retention would affect my weight whilst on a diet. Also does anyone who's been on this diet have any tips how to speed up the weight loss, I only really want to lose about 10lbs, as i'm 5'4 and 126lbs and I do alot of walking as it is, so any help would be really appreciated, and also if I keep up the diet for another 3 weeks (ive been on it for 1 week), will this have any bad side effects, or its it unhealthy to do so?
