Hey its my first time on this , im a 16 year old guy . Ive been having some stomach problems for a while now

i have been diagnosed with gastritis and been told on a few occasions its just ibs. But I was wondering if anyone had any differing opinions.

Well my symptoms include abdominal pain that comes and goes. Constipation followed by diarreohea, , a constant feeling of fullness and sick feeling after eating only a few bites of meals. I have also been experiencing some new syptoms like shakiness and also brethlessness which I before linked to my asthma but is occuring a lot more often .I also feel tired a lot and am having regular (at the moment daily) unexplained fever.

Can anyone shed any light??
