Here's a thought I had. If there's anything really wrong with your body, it finds a way to tell you. When you have a cold you sneeze. When there are toxins in your body, you throw up.
The body is a incredible, self-maintaining machine. And, at 18 years of age, it's just starting its mature phase. And unless you have a family history of some kind of disease, the chances of spontaneously getting some sort of life-threatening condition [i.E. Cancers, heart disease] are very very slim to none.
And, since you know the classic physical symptoms of anxiety, you'll be able to determine what's normal for you and what's not when you get pain.
The hardest part is just telling yourself that it's all your head. :/ but deep deep down, you know you're probably ok.
