Q: Leg Cramps

What in the world causes this painful condition?
My doctor ordered a blood test which came back normal.
It's my left leg that's affected. Most often the toes pull down, otherwise it's the calf muscle. It occurs when i'm in bed or relaxed in a recliner.
Could it have to do with my diet?

Leg Cramps
It's wonderful that the bananas help you! I used to eat one every day until a doctor told me that my "crazy" heart beats were due to too much potassium. So I guess you're fortunate that you can have them.
My cramps have subsided recently. I don't know why because there's been no change in my diet. It's something i'll just have to tolerate.
Thanks so much for your reply.
Stay well!! :p
