Q: Back Pain

I have had a hida scan, that was in normal range. I since than have had a few episodes which I was told by the er doc that it still could be may gallbladder. Well now for like 2 days I have this nagging back pain ,kinda center and upper like between the shoulder blades. Can this be related to gallbladder. I do have a dull ache in the front by the rib cage. I am so sick of this.
