Ovulating

There are many ways I know one of the best ways is that there is a ovulation test in pharmacy's it is like a pregnancy test. Why do you want to get pregnant of prevent pregnancy? I found this to chart your ovulation online "in humans, ovulation happens approximately 14 days before the start of the next menstrual cycle. However, normal ovulation can occur as early as around day 8, or as late as day 20 or beyond. The timing of ovulation depends on the length of the woman's menstrual cycle, hence a woman with a particularly short cycle will ovulate earlier while a woman with a long cycle will ovulate much later. Some women can feel a slight pain in their lower abdomen, known as mittelschmerz or "intermenstrual pain". At ovulation, the mucous membrane of the uterus - termed the functionalis - has reached its maximum size, and so have the endometrial glands, although they are still non-secretory."
but I would not use any of this to prevent pregnancy remember that the best protection is not to have sex or use a condom and birth control. Hope this helped.

i bought ovulating test kit , but no use. Whenever I test it shows me I m ovulating even in my periods. I dont know what to do. And my periods are also irregular . I m very upset . Can u help me that why ovulating test sticks show me that I m ovulating everytime I check.
