Q: Late Period, On the Pill......

I just had my little boy three months ago. I am on ortho tricyclen and although my period hasn't been completely regular, I have had spotting....Is it normal to miss a period entirely? I didn't have one at all this month!!!!!! Is it likely I am already pregnant again? Please help!!
