Please Don't Do It - Its Not Possible.
Sally,

don't you have a 24 hour emergency unit that you can go to when you are in pain? If you go there often enough they would have to operate on you free of charge, right?

I don't live in australia, so do not know how these hospitals operate. Over here in singapore, when you can't pay, well they have to do it first for you, if its an urgent surgical procedure.

My brother in law had very bad tonsilitis when he was young. Dr said he would have to have surgery. He refused. And he grew out of it. Will throat gurgle help? At least it might reduce the pain.

When I have really bad sorethroat, I usually use a salt solution gurlge. Put a teaspoon of salt in boiled cooled water and gargle that at least 5 times a day. Leave the solution in my mouth with my head titled back for a few minutes each time. That helped ease the pain .

Try some cheaper country like the philippines or india? Check out using google search. It was also mentioned here in this website by members.

No way you can do surgery on yourself. You take care and don't cry ok?
