Does Anybody Experience Night Sweats?

There are times that when I wake up in the middle of the night that my body was soaking wet. What is wrong with me? Is this a bad sign?

As I understand it, your body temp is 20% higher than ususal when pregnant, so while sleeping it is particularly high. Apparently this is a good thing because it keeps your system cleaned out.

If you get really concerned about this, go see your doctor to check you over to make sure.

Good luck!

Hey!

It is funny you asked this! Wednesday I woke up soaking wet, but with the ac on so high, I would then freeze! After falling back to sleep, id wake up again, soaking wet! And then of course freeze again lol. I thought I was sick and running a slight fever... But I found out yesterday I was pregnant!

I think it is very normal, but if it because over excessive, you might want to head to the doctor, just for a check up :d

Whew, so it's a good sign then...Btw, i'm 5 months pregnant now going on 6 and the night sweats just started recently. It was off and on depending if I wake up in the wee hours of the morning to pee...Usually 4am then I start realizing i'm soaking wet. Yeah, the ac is high and cold and I love it! It's just weird that's all. I'm not used to it. I'm going to see my doc in a few weeks so i'll just mention it to her also. Goodluck on your pregnancies and stay hydrated...Hehe

How soon can the night sweats start? I'm waiting for my period and i've been noticing things that are happening to me and then i'm reading that some of them are symptoms. My period is due sometime this week but for the past week and a half i've been having really strange sleeping habits. I'm always sweating at night, I have a fan blowing on me and i'm still like boiling so i'll sleep like 3 hrs at night. Or it will be the opposite and I will sleep 13 hrs a night and then still be tired during the day. I thought it would be too early to be having some of these symptoms and I really just thought it was extremely hot in my house but everyone else seems to be fine? Ha I also have been gassy and having strange dreams, usually I dont remember my dreams? My stomach has been hurting a little bit, but not so bad that I can't stand it. I dont know i'm gonna take a pregnancy test in a week if my period doesnt come. Any thoughts?
