I think it's a cute name for either sex :) if it was for a girl, I think I would spell it kiegan though. As for middle names.... I always thought michael or james were good middle names. And if it was me, I would put the name rose with kiegan.

Hmm...I'm not sure if I like keegan for a girl. I like very feminine names for girls and that seems a little boyish. It's a great boys name though!

Boys:
keegan alexander
keegan isaiah

girls:
keegan meeshel
keegan brianne

I think keegan is a nice name and I would consider calling a son of mine keegan but I prefer my daughters names to be more feminine.

For a boy:
- keegan-lee
-keegan-jay

for a girl:
-keegan-marie
-keegan-louise
-keegan-rose

i think if you called your daughter keegan you should give her a more feminine middle name like those I have suggested.
I also like the name keenan for a boy it's similar to keegan

I babysat a girl named keegan (her brothers name was kaylin) and a few years later met a boy named keegan, so I think it goes either way.

I would never name a girl keegan. I think it's horrible for a girl.

On a boy, it's ok, but i'd never use it.
