Hello. I already know what your thinking i'm confused and don't know what I want and am just too young, well your kinda right I am confused I want a baby and I have these strong feelings about having one and then again I know it is wrong and I am young. Let me tell you everything and hopefully you can help me out and give me a little advice. I am only 15 actually I will be 16 in a month, I have a fiance' who I will be marrying in september, he is in the military and I currently have no job till I turn 16. I am on homeschool in 10 grade and will be doing 10 and 11 this year. We both want one and have occasionally talked about it but I would like to hear how some other people feel about it. Please let me know how you feel and tell it like it is. I hope to hear from yall soon.
Thanks!

You are not yet 16 and engaged? How old is this guy? Do you love him? Wow, are you sure you want this; marriage and a family so young? Is this the first guy you've ever been with? I can't tell you how to live your life nor do I want to. I just think you're too young for all of this. I've seen some people get married real young have a child and seperate all too soon. Think about this long and hard. Maybe talk to your mom, if you two are close? I hope things work out for you though. Good luck.

You can't get married until your 18.

Your only 15, you don't even know the meaning of love.

You young girls are saying you want a baby to keep your man but dont realize it does nothing but scare them away.

Do me a favor, get a full time job, come on time everyday and do the job good, within a week you'll complain about how tired you are and you'll end up quitting, you cant quit on your child, you cant give up on your child because your baby needs you.

Your a kid and your still growing yourself.

You can't do anything when you have a baby, say bye to partying, and if you think your going to have a baby and go to school, think again because being a mom is a full time job, you and your "fiance" wont have any time for yourselves except for the small 20 minute naps the baby takes.

How old is your boyfriend? In most states it's illegal to have sex with anyone that's 18 and older, when you have a baby you give them the fathers name, bam hes put in jail for child molestation.

Things happened and I ended up not keeping the baby and to this day, me and that guy dont even talk. At 18 I had a baby with my new man who ive been with for 2 years. And I can tell u how much u change.. But I still think I was too young to have a child. Im still a child myself! But im just saying.. U get married at 16.. Say it doesnt work.. U wanna be divorced at 17 years old??? And maybe even left with a child???

Wow, im ashamed. I am 16 married and preg. My husband is in the army and we got married janurary 7th 2005. We decided we wanted a child, but wanted to make sure we were financially stable. We decided we could afford a baby and we tired. I found out I was pregnant may 13th. I am thrilled, even though my husband isn't here for my pregnany. ( he's in iraq).

I just want to tell you, make sure you love each other. None of this, I love him so much I cant live without him crap. I mean ture honest to god love. The kind of love to where if she got hurt ytou'd take on 3 jobs, and not make him feel bad for it. The kind of love where you know its goingto last.

My husband and I were togeather for 2 years and a month before we got married. We experianced living togeather, both working full time jobs. Paying alot of bills, not having aot of money. We went through alot, and we still wanted to get married. I'm happy for you and you two realy wanna make it work, I really am. We both decided a divorce wouldn't be an option for us. We didn't get married to get divroced.

Either way, I hope you make the right choice, and congrats.

the thing is...You can get married before you are 18 years old, and if her boyfriend is older than 18, if her mother approves of her getting married then obviously she aproves of her fiance..Boyfriend..Whatever..And bullsh*t about going to school..She can go to school. It's called daycare...And most highschools these days have a daycare. So don't implant that in her head. She can graduate. I hate people who sit there and freaking..Put teen mothers down pretty much."you cant go to school because you have a baby!!!!!" whatever. I know teen mothers who makes something of themselves (ie me)

and I agree with shauna(babyrae)..Of course :p

but anway..So many teen girls these days think that it comes easy..Bah my son is 17 months going through his terrible twos early...And it's driving me insiain!!!!!It's not all puppies and rainbows, chick...It's hard hard stuff!

As I said, in most states it's illegal, i'm not saying it's impossible.

You look at the laws.

I'm going to be a young mom and for getting the facts clear, my father of the baby did not leave me, he passed away a couple of weeks before I found out I was pregnant.

When I got pregnant, I was on birth control, I was responsible enough to make the right choice, if your that young and saying you want to become pregnant, then you dont need to be having sex in the first place.

Daycare? Do you know how much daycare's are!? A 15 year old isn't going to be able to afford that, a grown adult barely can. My friend had a baby at 14 and a half, the state took her baby away for being so young because she was claimed as an unfit parent.

Babies are needy and need you 24/7, go play with your dolls.

For the sake of your life and the child's wait until your older, it will give the baby a better chance at life.

I've just turned 17 and i'm 3 months pregnant I already love this unborn baby but know I could have given it a better life if I was older and more responsible, in 6 months I have to mature in many ways that I never knew even existed.

You have to be emotionally and physically ready for this, your young. You still throw fits, what are you gonna do when the baby keeps trying, you try everything but it doesnt stop crying? Are you going to give it to your mom?

And to make a point, go to your local store, look how exspensive baby things actually cost, a thing of diapers is 10-11 dollars, question is, is your boyfriend going to be able to afford all of that, and support for you and him both. None of you know how hard it is to live because you still live with your parents and have support, it's harder than it looks, kid!

i'm hoping that your post was directed towards the original poster and not me, because I live on my own right now. My husband and I have a duplex, and he'd in iraq right now. I live I don't know how many miles away from my family. Iowa to germany? I know how expensive its going to be, that's why we waited till he had a job to financially support not only him and myself, but our baby too.

I don't think your post was directed towards me becasue of the father comment. Sorry if I came off rude. Sorry to hear about your loss.

Id just like to say just because your husband is in the military doesnt mean you all have money. I know so many military family on food stamps it is not even funny. A lot of guys in the military (the young ones just starting off ) dont make crap for money. I am a military wife so do not tell me I dont know about this sort of thing. Do you really want to raise this baby all by yourself, because guess what sweetheart that is what is going to happen, my sister gives birth to her second daughter in october and you think her husband gets to be there for her birth...Nope. He left when she was 3 months pregnant and wont be back until the baby is one month old. My sisters 2 year old, well he has been around about 6 months of her life. You need to know what your getting yourself into, because you essentially are going to be a single parent. But your 15 and know it all right? You asked for advise, listen to it. You know what I am damn proud to be a military wife, I adore my husband and would do anything for him but its hard. I have had 4 brothers in the service, and I am married to a marine, I know how it is. Obviously you do not.
